    摘要:

    以某江苏华电句容发电厂1000MW机组工程主蒸汽管道为对象,根据计算数据分析从冷热位移、端口推力、弹簧选择三方面分析比较了Glif与Caesar Ⅱ两种电站管道设计软件的差异,确定了两种软件高温高压管道的静力分析结果基本吻合。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, based on the project of Jiangsu Huadian Jurong Power Plant, pipe modeling and static calculation of the main stream pipes are performed by respectively using Caesar Ⅱ and Glif. The results of the static calculation, including the cold and hot state displacement value, the joint thrust and torque at the pipe connections of the boiler and the steam turbine as well as the selection of the spring, are analyzed and compared. The results show that basically consistent results are achieved by Caesar Ⅱ and Glif, for the static analysis of high temperature and high pressure pipelines.
